Panteros Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible merchandise items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Digital goods, game keys, or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Opened software or game licenses
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g. opened drinkware or masks)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@panteros.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us with your order number and details.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account or payment method again
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us
